The average commission merchants pay is about 10% of the purchase price of items purchased at their stores.
This will allow your company to generate revenue (for whatever purpose you desire) by simply ordering a
shopping mall and promoting it to your employees. We handle the entire tracking, reporting and
payment process, and you can view an on-line report of your sales and commissions at any time.

Your company orders a shopping mall from us.
The mall will have 20 categories (pages) containing over 200 top Internet merchants.
You have the flexibility to remove any merchant you want.
We handle the construction and management of your mall.
You simply complete the Sign Up Form and your mall will be constructed automatically
using our advanced software.

After your mall is built, you will receive the mall's URL via e-mail. You then give this address to your
employees and other interested parties and ask them to start their Internet shopping at your mall to help raise money
for your cause. Ask your employees to shop in your company's mall when making their personal or business
purchases! They pay the same prices for their products. The only difference is that your company
receives a commission every time someone makes a purchase through your company's mall.

FREE!!! There is no out of pocket cost to use the mall. We do not charge any membership,
support, maintenance, reporting or service fees whatsoever!
Our fee comes from a share of the commissions earned from the merchants.
Your company receives back 60% of the Net Commission Revenue.
We retain 40% to cover our costs associated with maintaining and supporting the mall.

Client and Shopper privacy is very important to us. Your shoppers will not have to register or give private
personal information at your mall. We do not collect personal data from shoppers or disclose any information
to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Mall promotion is easy with our Client Support Center. The center will provide you with your choice of
professional shopping mall graphics to use on your web site. We recommend that you add the URL of your mall
to your internal mailing literature once your mall is live. You don't have to invest in extra mailings.
You just start putting information about your mall into information you already send out in print or electronic format.
